Processing of your personal data for information use
The subject of data protection law is personal data. Personal data is any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, e.g. name or address data. The telephone number, mobile number, fax number, bank details and insurance number are also assigned to the personal data.

In addition, this data is evaluated for internal statistical purposes and to improve the offer (legal basis Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. f GDPR) and then deleted. Data security
The Pharmaceutical Enterprise uses technical and organizational security measures to protect the data we have under our control against accidental or intentional manipulation, loss, destruction or against access by unauthorized persons.
Encryption
All your transmitted data is protected by SSL encryption. Secure Socket Layer (SSL) is a protocol developed to enable secure data transmission over the Internet. SSL uses the public-private key method. With this, data encoded with a publicly available key can only be decoded again with a very specific private key.
Your Rights
You have the following statutory data protection rights:
Right of access (Article 15 GDPR).
You have the right to know what data is collected, how it is used, how long it is stored and whether it is disclosed to third parties.
Right to erasure (Article 17 GDPR).
You can request that we delete your data under certain circumstances, e.g. if the data is no longer necessary, the data has been processed unlawfully or the data no longer corresponds to the lawful reason for which it was collected. This also applies in the event that you withdraw your consent.
Right to rectification (Article 16 GDPR).
If you discover that the information we hold about you is incorrect or incomplete, you may request that we update it. As with the right of access, we will process request within one month.
Right to restriction of processing (Article 18 GDPR).
You can request that we restrict the use of your personal data. This is possible if you dispute the accuracy of your personal data or if RC Pharma B.V. cannot currently delete the data in order to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim.
Right to data portability (Article 20 GDPR).

Right to withdraw consent (Article 7(3) GDPR).
